Safety glass combines the bright and elegant appearance of ordinary glass with the safety offered by hard and resistant materials. It is obtained through a series of special thermal and chemical treatments that increase at least five times the durability to shocks and temperature variations. Safety glass is used in cases where security and safety in operation are in the first place and because it breaks into small and uncut pieces, thus limiting the risk of accidents.
